Dear Mr. Ma,
thank you for your application. Just as information, our Master courses will start in summer term. Next start is in April 2004. For the Diplkoma Program which you also can join good knowledge of German is necessary.
Pls. send me all your certificates (if possible as pdf with e-mail) or by trad. mail. I will discuss your application with the colleagues who are responsible for admission and we will send you an acceptance letter for your application at DAAD.

Dear Sir,
I am a senior student in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Xi'an
Jiaotong University(Xi'an China), with a major in electrical engineering
and automation. So far, I officially nominated by my present university as
an excellent applicant for the "DAAD-SIMENS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ASIA 21st
CENTURY" ,which will finance me studying in one of the partner universities
with the DAAD.
After accessing the website of your institution, I am extremely excited to
find that the Master Degree courses, which are so attractive to me and it
can full satisfy my strong interest. I wish to pursue the Master Degree in
your institution, with the desired date of entrance next winter term. Thus,
I write this letter to introduce myself and query about some information on
admission.
I entered Xi'an Jiaotong University , famed for its electrical engineering
(a Top-Ten University in China Universities Ranks) in 2000. In the nearly
past four years, as an undergraduate student, I have been equipped with
abundant knowledge in my academic field (Industrial Automation) and
relevant, such as Sensor and Instrument.
At the same time, I pay much attention to improve the ability of
experiment, and have done numerous experiment using PLC and other
languages, and developed the ?癕easure system of capacitance based on SCM ??/FONT>
all by myself. Due to my strong interest and ability, I have been accepted
as an assistant by the Director of the Automation Lab, Professor Zhang .
I got high marks in nearly all the courses, both compulsory and selective
ones, especially the core course. I was awarded the Scholarship for
Excellent Student each term and rank top 5% in 400 students. So, as you may
know, the competition for the DAAD-SIMENS scholarship is severe, that only
very distinguished university can nominate up to 3 extraordinary excellent
students to DAAD office in Beijing, China, and I get the chance to be
selected with my perfect achievement in all ways.
I have checked the basic requirement for entrance on your website, which I
fully meet. But, unfortunately, the time is very tight for my application,
because I have to submit my materials to the DAAD in Beijing, before
Nov.30. So, would you consider my application and tell me whether it is
possible for to give me an admission with qualification, after you check
all the materials I supply by email. Then I will send you the original
edition by mailing as soon as possible(including the two recommended
letters, score transcripts, the senior school leaving certificate, the
entrance certificate to my present university )and I have requested my
TOEFL report to your office. Today, I send my Curriculum Vitae as an
attachment, please check it and obtain my general information. And could
you give me some suggestion on apply? Thank you very much.
I deem it a great honor to study in your institution ,in the Department
Electrical Engineering
if permitted. I indeed want to join the research group for the system
Dynamic and control,to gain the guide ,which will be highly useful to my
