求助大A！F2美国境内转F1，返签DS160碰到previous visa问题

这两个问题我就纠结了，是填刚来美国的F2 visa上面的信息吗？还是说Do not know，转F1 的时候没有更新我的F2 visa stamp的。

这个问题又比较模糊，我现在是F1 status，但是没有visa stamp，所以这个问题我是填Yes 还是 No呢？
