我在5月份办理了英国旅游签证，但是我收到了拒签信，理由是签证官认为我已经不在职，提供虚假信息，并且自动拒签我10年不得申请入境。拒签信的最后一段为：your right of appeal is limited .
但是我确实在职，我问过我单位的人力同事，没有人接到大使馆的电话啊。我都不知道他们哪里得来的结论。
我采取了以下措施，均失败。
我联系过他们签证中心服务热线，说是让我再重新申请一次，但是貌似我是被自动拒签，有用么？
我先发信给签证中心的邮箱infopek.ukcn，他们说他们不负责这种投诉。
我又接着发信给投诉中心Beijing VisaComplaints ，签证官Mr R Tate回复我：“Once a visa application is decided our action ends. We are not able to enter into correspondence with an applicant after the fact about the decision. If you disagree with the officer’s decision your recourse in law is to pursue the matter by exercising your appeal rights (as laid down by Parliament).”
请问各位亲们，谁能告诉我该怎么办的好啊？我能申诉吗？如果不能，我怎么样能保护自己的权益呢？
