我打算2005年9月入学城大EE，Mphil。但是我目前正在读本科4年级，明年6月才毕业，但是那里的教授跟我说：“I don't think you can make it on Sept 2005. the application of student visa takes at least 5 months given your application is approved. You have not got your degree that may even further delay the process.
不是说只要跟他说明到时就有文凭了就可以申请了吗？还有他是不是说拿到OFFER后要到５个月以后才能拿到签证阿？
我该怎么办啊？９月份入学是不是彻底没戏啦？ |
