美方老板问我 大概要怎么弄
我查了下 有A）重新申请J1签证 但是是J1 short-term？B)做program transfer?
貌似最快的方法是 以原项目再次入美 然后做program transfer 或者是 先做program transfer再以新项目入美？？机场海关会不会过啊？
