04年8月收到的FN。请问如何查询申请进度？

请教各位DX，我今天到www.cic.gc.ca上进行查询，输入了FN号码，但查询了结果是We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. 然后列出了3个可能的原因，可我觉得我都不属于这三个原因，但为什么查不到呢？但看SECURITY那上写的
make sure that your browser has 128-bit secure sockets layer encryption capability. 是什么意思？是否说明要装这个128-BIT的东东才能进行查询吗？有哪位大师会查，能否告知。谢谢了！
