We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper / office administrator to join our team based in Northmead. Taking sole ownership of the company bookkeeping, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the business financially, while also being a team player in assisting with any office tasks.
This is a small team environment, as one of the biggest sporting equipment retailers & wholesalers which has enjoyed fantastic success since its inception due to the passion and hard work of the team.
Responsibiliies
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including international transactionsManagement of weekly payrollBank / Credit card reconciliationsBAS & GST preparationBudget, Expenses and Cash FlowQueuing payments to be madeAssist the Supply Chain team regarding orders / invoicing etc.Month End Reports; Assisting with monthly reportingGeneral office management incl. supply orders, couriers, calls, customer enquiries
Requirements
Degree or Cert qualification in Accounting or BookkeepingMinimum 1 years experience with MYOB, Xero or QuickbooksThorough understanding and practical experience of accounting principles, payroll, etc.Willing nature, happy to assist with various elements of the office – this is a true team effortExceptional organisational skills – you are focused, reliable, methodical and meticulous!Strong admin abilities, highly proficient in MS Office SuitePositive, friendly and self-motivated nature
