我的签证状态本来是14变成了12，后来12持续了40多天，今天我查询的时候，变成了：
There has been an error in processing your inquiry.
Please check to make sure:

You have correctly entered the "File Number" and "Principal Applicant's Date of Birth". (Spouse's or dependants' dates of birth are not accepted.)
Your "File Number" has 10 characters (1 letter and 9 numbers).
Your application was not finalized more than two months ago.
Frequent Errors:

"Date of application" was used instead of the "Principal Applicant's Date of Birth".
The "File Number" does not have 1 alphabetic character and 9 numbers, as it should.. (For example: X123456789)
If you do not know your "File Number", or if the information you have does not work, please contact us.

大家能不能告诉我，这是怎么回事啊？是不是大使馆把我的档案号码取消了？
