我得到了ESSEX，MSC Accounting and Finance 的conditional offer,随信得到的还有.pre-sessional courses 上面标名雅思分数和要读的时间和课程的申请表，我的雅思是6，而AF的要求是6.5。随信邮来的还有一些住宿方面的材料。而且信上写the offer may be used in order to obtain your visa or funding.最后一句是I hope you wil decide to accept the offer and that you wil enjoy studying at the university of essex.
这个offer 的意思是我如果申请了它的pre-sessional course 就可以拿uncoditional offer 并且签证吗？
