Duties include but not limited to: - General Admin Duties by working with the officers
- Telephone operations, emails management
- Data entry and bookkeeping work
- Back up front desk duties
- Meeting and greeting clients
- General support to staff as required
Skills Required: - Friendly & positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English is necessary
- Mandarin speaking and writing advantage
- Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office, incl Excel.
- Background knowledge in accounting and MYOB will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in REI Master will be an advantage but not essential, professional training will be provided.
Experience Required: - Admin experience or similar position
- Working in a busy environment under pressure
- Great team player
