房间里全家具，有空调，大凉台，落地窗，煤气做饭，网络180G。木地板，好打扫。

待短租的是大房 12月20日--2月24日
因为小房的室友是女生，很友善，爱干净和清净，
所以此大房只租女生（女单优先）或couple（男女混双或女双）
