南区近Marion和Flinders好房出租~降价啦～再降五刀~大家捧场啊~~

在Flinders上学以及在Marion上班的朋友注意啦:

现有四室一厅House其中一房间出租~~

废话不多说，小生这就开始介绍房间情况：

1. 此house位于7 Church Crescent, 可步行至MarionShopping Centre！走路快的10分钟，慢的15分钟， 鳖爬一天！

走路4分钟到M44 Stop 26，直达Marion Shopping Centre或city。如果想省车费，家里也有两辆崭新单车，骑车到Marion也是个不错的选择啊~

对于Flinders的同学，走路七八分钟可以到Sturt Rd上，有公车直达Flinder大学~

2. 价格便宜，周租原120现105分摊水电气网络。房东（也就是小生我啦：）提供日常损耗品，如纸巾，清洁用品（因为不同地方的人口味不同，所以油盐酱醋等调味料小生就请大家自理啦~）

3. ADAM200G流量，而且现在的我们也不天天下电影，所以不用担心抢流量的问题。

4. 房间提供家具，床，桌椅。如有其他需要可另行商量。So it's ok to talk!

5.临近超市Foodland，全年不关门营业到11pm的神店啊~~也可步行至Marion Shopping Centre, 方便购物你懂得, 家里有车，大家也可以一起购物happy shopping啊~

6. 作为室友，如果有需要雅思备考的同学我也可以提供帮助,小弟虽不才，但相信一定可以帮到你~

费了不少您的时间和我的口水啊，呵呵，基本上就上面那么多了吧（对了，洗衣机当然也是有的啦）。

因为房东（小生我）不贪玩，安静，积极向上，有社会主义集体感~外加英俊潇洒英明神武....（忽略后半部分啊，严重忽略！）

现诚招安静爱学习积极向上志同道合之友以求共进步而耀我中华之国威于蛮夷之地~~（呵呵，有点夸张了啊，但小小的使命感还是要有的啊）

For all those who study in Flinders Universityor anyone working in Marion Shopping Centre, I would require a little bit of your attention~

Now is the time to share a room in this four-bedroomhouse with lovely housemates!

Here come some highlights of this house:

1. It locates at 7 Church Crescent, Marion,walk to Marion Shopping for maximum 15 mins if you mind your ever-growing tummy,or take M44 if you feel like cheating on your work-out plan : P~. Riding abicycle can make a wonderful compromise between these options, as we have twobicycles to use at your discretion.

If going to city is your daily routine, don'tworry! The same frequent M44 can accommodate your needs without a fault~ But Ihave to be completely honest, it does take nearly 40 mins to get there. Butconsidering the extra time for you to enjoy your favorite music, it may well bejustified.

2. Quite a good deal for $110 for fullyfurnished room. And some of daily essentials will be provided.

3. Adam’s Naked ADSL 2 Plus 200GB Internet.And we currently only uses half of it every month. So worry no more about thelimited speed!

4. Fully furnished. In case of any otherneeds, let’s see what we come up with.

5. Close to Foodland which got to be alegend for opening 365 days until 11pm every day. Or you can also walk to MarionShopping Centre for every needs and wants~

6. Well, for those who is still strugglingwith ielts, I may be of some assistance here.
