岗位职责：
1.协助制定业务标准及流程，负责客服人员的业务辅导和绩效考核
2.整理客户资料，针对用户数据优化服务方向
3.制定并不断完善客户服务流程和制度，优化客户服务质量
4.提升客户满意度，监督客服的日常工作
5.整理相关专业知识，编撰客服标准问答
6.负责对部门员工进行业务培训，提高服务和专业水平
任职资格：
1.较强的领导及培训能力，具备团队合作精神，能承受较大的工作压力。
2.熟练运用各种激励措施，优秀的客服技巧，卓越的团队领导能力，具有专业的沟通和谈判技巧
3.要有较强的突发事件、投诉处理能力
4.有使命感，对安全工作有热情，抗压能力强
5.具备较强的数据分析能力、解读能力、快速学习成长及创新能力
