我是一个留学生，上周五在学校附近没有走人行马路，当时看好了绿灯，就从停着的车中间穿过去，到黄线时没注意左转车，与一辆三菱皮卡相撞，右脚被他车轮压到，骨折， 左肩撞到他的后视镜，好像撞坏了。当时叫了救护车，警察来说我是naughty girl，说这次不罚钱，下次要我走人行马路。然后我就被送到医院。后续bill还没来，我想知道我现在该做些什么，我横穿马路觉得自己特别过分，撞了的车会要我赔偿吗？哥哥说我可以申请政府pet赔偿金，现在很迷茫，不知下一步该做什么。请问咨询这个事情什么收费标准？谢谢

我今年三月低从中介整组一套房，入住同一天招进来两个租客，他们住半年，也就是9月底结束，而我自己跟中介的合同则在明年3月底结束。

期间租客给我带来很多困扰，比如不锁大门，随便带朋友回来过夜，公共区域卫生弄的很乱，拖欠房租，早就有想赶他们走的准备了。其实我提前跟其中一个租客说过：如果你们继续让我不省心，我会提起让你们走。 但是效果并不大。

正好在这个月，8月15号，由于工作原因，我得9月头暂时离开阿德莱德，所以赶紧通知了中介并告诉他们，准备9月头搬走，需要提前终止合同。我在8月17号，提前两周通知了他们，让他们两在8月31号搬走。

现在有个租客跟我说让我给他们违约金，这件事合理么？如果他们8月31不搬我改怎么办？
