红糖+姜片 最普通的了，也是最有效果滴~~~ 每天坚持喝上1500ml
  红豆粥，从金源超市买些红豆，大的小的都要，熬粥滴时候，也可以放些其他滴，有一种稍微黑点滴像长米一样滴东东（跟其他豆子在一起卖的，稍微贵一点，货不是太多，这个东西很补血滴）
喝点鸡汤，自己在家煲点鸡汤，你可以从central market买鸡骨架回来煲汤，也可以从超市买一只整鸡回来煲汤，煲汤的时候，可以放点当归，怀山，枸杞之类滴（少放点哦）。。。当归滴味道很强滴说~~ 呵呵
不喝咖啡，不吃ice cream，不吃凉性滴东西，不要吃太油腻滴，更不能吃太辣的食物。可以吃些巧克力哇，吃肉也行。
做工太累的话，就不要去了，像饭店打工之类滴活，你要是坚持不住，千万别去，一个小时几块钱，虽然挣这一天的工钱，可你的身体严重透支，这种不能正比的事情不要多做。做女人，首先要学会爱自己的身体。不要为了眼前的这点小利益，把自己的身子骨白白交给廉价劳动。
  可以弄一个hot pack放在肚子上，或者后背的地方。
   当然，还要有适当滴运动，不能一天到晚老做着，躺着不动，，，，那是病人滴特征哦

如果实在受不了，可以吃些止痛药，像panadol,超市有卖滴....

想上面的姐妹们说的平时也要注意食物上,还有工作别抻到什么的,如果还是不行就去看医生,会检查有没有子宫内膜炎endometritis,一般GP 就可以看的.
