135第8B站（家斜对面） ，或者 J1 J2 J3第6B站，下车后再走2分钟，又或者，130-139在henely beach road 第八站下车， 走marion Road ，经过2站（即第8B站）即可。

周围环境：大家都知道 Henely beach Road是主路， 130-139的车都可以坐，交通极为便利，这才是真正意义上的从家到CITY15分钟，当时就是看中这一点才租的这个房子。
房子位于Hengly Beach 第八站，这条路是主路，别看远，平时从这里到Kingwilliam street 大概是15分钟，早上我拿表测过，不信试试啊，我们房子门前就是135，从家到车站20秒吧，不信您也来试试（就是拐个弯，过个马路）如果不做135，那就做130到139随便一班都可以。

我家门前就是一片足球场，周日有球赛，平时没有球赛，但是自己可以去踢球，我们也买了足球呵呵，到时候可以一起锻炼。球场旁还有一个网球场。在家东边不到一站路远有WOOL WORTH。在车站附近，有KFC，Red Rooster``平时不想做饭了也可以在外面吃啊，离家差不多200米远。在这条主路上，低6站，也就是离家还有两站的地方有FOOD LAND，Foodland超市（有经验的人都知道， Foodland的东西是几个超市里最便宜的），post, ANZ, Commonwealth, 金塔华人超市。平时下学回来可以顺路买些东西。


屋内陈设：一张单人床，一个写字桌，一个衣柜，衣柜男生绝对够用， 女生应该还行吧。屋内有中央空调。铺有地毯。

网络： 每月60G

考虑到我们都是学生，不想找爱吵的人···并不是排挤·只是我们想互相在这里好好学习，所以您来看看房子··价钱再说吧··
我们基本定价就是 ：$130+shared bill（水，电，电话，网络）


整座房子有一个卫生间， 一个洗浴室，有座机，还有后花园。并且有车库可以停车。

因为大家是来学习的， 不想因为学习以外的事情烦心， 希望心胸开朗，品德端正的您满意您的卧室，并把这座房子当做自己的家一样对待。
