房屋安全，设施等各方面尽请放心。

房屋介绍：

      现出租一个超大房间，适合两人Share，但房间已用橱子及帘子隔开，相当于两个独立房间。
      此房为房中房， 位于院内，有独立的卫生间，厨房，小小客厅，完全与前面House独立（House 住的也是中国学生）。

提供设施：

      每个房间均提供Queen Size床，书桌，转椅，台灯，书柜，鞋架，另外有一个超大衣橱。
      小小客厅，提供餐桌及两张椅子~~
      厨房提供微波炉，爽水架，电磁炉，电饭锅，电水壶等（如有需要可以尽量满足）。
      厕所24小时供应热水。
      另外提供2个空调（一个是房东提供的挂壁式空调，另一个是自己买的空调，效果很好噢~~）。

交通状况：

      出城11站（720等车），步行到公交车站只要2分钟（估计都不要），10分钟进City。（15分钟一班车）
      附近有Train车站，步行只要5分钟，非常方便，大概8分钟就可以到达Train总站~~ 去阿大很方便哦~~
      另外W90等车可直达ShowGround考场~~
      到Flinders也不过15站，大概15分钟即可到达哦~~

房屋价格：

     若两人租此房：每人每周105刀全包（水电网）。
     若三人租此房：每人每周85刀全包（水电网）。第三人可提供一个Single小床~~
     押金方面见面可以细谈~~

Internode网：

     每个月50G的流量（仅租此房的人用，与前面的网完全独立）
     若对网要求极高的人，完全可以考虑租此房，迅雷下载，我曾达到1MB（一点都不夸张）。
