RT，男生，准备在6-7月间搬家，具体时间还没定。希望找个近city的单人间。在阿大上master，所以希望环境最好要安静些。准备长租，因为搬家很费劲。有意的可以留下联系方式！

现有两间房出租，位于Kurralta Park, 距离City第五站，交通方便，有多条汽车线路到达Adelade High School, Unisa，AdelaideUni，及Chinatown。购物便利，附近有Coles，Kmart 等超市。 该处不在主干线，故还是很安静的。
一间单人房，13平方米，装修过，有空调，有QUEEN SIZE床，配大衣柜，书桌，台灯。该房一人$220/一周，包早餐，午餐，晚餐，水，电，网200G。六月底可以入住。
另一间双人房25平方米，装修过，有空调，有两张床，配两个衣柜，两个书桌，台灯，电视，冰箱（单独用），如果该房一人住为$210/一周，两人则为$380/一周，包早餐，午餐，晚餐，水，电，网200G。
该House有两个浴室，两个卫生间。
