Townhouse，地毯，超级干净。（现在空着，欢迎随时入住）特别备注：只要你看房，包你看中。
家电家具空调一应俱全，24小时热水，安静的环境以及便利的交通。
两个single room待租，两个房间大小基本相同，有空调，夏天绝对没问题，因为马上就要到夏天了，据预测今年夏天可能会超级的热哦。

交通便利、购物方便：
1. 到city乘公交车或是火车，交通极其便利712F,719，720，720H,721，721F,721R,722，722F,723F,723W,725F,727F,N721,T721,T722,T722H,以上的车都在这站听，到unisa,Adelaide Uni，flinders uni,marion shopping centre，Chinatown。
2. 到Flinders Uni开车7、8分钟。
3. 附近紧邻超市+购物中心Castle plaza（有Coles，Foodland，Target，Hungary jacks，subway,McDonalds，Red coast ，Domino pizza，Bank， Post），步行几分钟即到。
4. 房子的旁边就是一个公园，吃完饭可以去散散步，享受一下澳洲美丽的傍晚时分，很惬意的。
