我暂时不想装空调，因为有的人喜欢空调，有的人觉得空调电费高，我出租的时候是不包水电煤的。而且这个房子是我自己的，住过春夏秋冬，不觉得空调很必须，因为我的房子是双砖结构的，不像现在的新房子都是单砖木板墙，隔音隔热都不好。我这个房子在夏天只要不是持续3-5天40度，房间里不觉得很热。而且现在每个房间有电扇，还是很方便。

有很多朋友咨询我家具的问题,其实如果你打算长租的话(一年或以上），我建议还是自己买家具比较合适，1.自己淘的二手货比较称心也比较放心，因为没有家具的房租便宜些，住了几周就已经把家具的费用抵消了；2.如果自己买新的，现在6，7月是澳洲打折最厉害的时候，很多店有30-50%的折扣，住个半年，家具费也就挣回来了。
