你出入境都要在你的护照上盖章的，章子上面有你出入境的日期，除非澳洲和中国的海关都同意在你的两本护照上同时盖章。

依据中国国籍法，中国是不承认双重国籍的。因此，如果你已经拿了澳大利亚护照，你是不应该用中国护照入境的。如果被查出的话，你有可能会因违反中国国籍法而被公安刑事拘留。

我一朋友试过，回澳洲的时候被查出来了，收到移民局的警告信，罚款，再犯的话，取消移民资格，从哪来的回哪 ...

除非你是靠作假取得的国籍，否则一旦拿了澳洲国籍就没有取消澳洲国籍一说
麻烦诸位看看新闻，跑去中东帮IS打仗的那些澳洲人，澳洲政府惩罚措施中也没有取消国籍一说
还有什么罪行比帮IS杀人更严重的？

确实不知道，也是听朋友说的。。。。不过觉得既然已经入了籍，中国也不承认双重国籍，楼主的这种作法肯定是有风险的，具体操作起来结果会是什么样子只有试了才知道。。。。实践出真知！！！！！！
