1.  PR之后 有哪些福利可以去申请 以及如何申请？ （小弟连MEDICARESHI 是什么都没弄清楚，只知道有个机构叫CENTRELINK）
如果你是单身没有孩子, 你2年内什么福利都没有除了Medicare。

2. PR之后 如果想带爸妈过来， 是申请旅游签证 还是申请父母移民签证 比较容易？
如果你没有正式工作和稳定的收入来担保你父母来澳洲的生活费用的话, 还是申请旅游签证比较快, 但一次入境不能超过3个月.父母移民申请需要排队， 需要等待N年， 有一种付费父母移民较快， 费用是5万/人， 一般1-2年可以批下来

3. 在澳洲开车6-7年，一直用的国内驾照，是否3个月之内一定要换领澳洲驾照？
你必须在拿到PR后3个月内考取澳洲的驾照。否则按无照驾驶处理。

4.如果一年后申请澳洲护照，能申请中国签证最长期限是多久？ 能否申请中国的永居？
   国内的身份证和户口能否保留？
可以申请旅游或者探亲签证， 但一次入境不能超过3个月。 这个中澳是对等的。中国永居很难申请， 在你拿到澳洲护照第一次入境中国后会被要求注销户口后方可出境

5. 买车 买房是否PR也可以贷款？
PR可以贷款，但没有买房贷款，银行信誉记录和收入证明， 一般买车很难贷款

6. 拿着PR 去香港入境 是否需要提前申请香港的签证？  因为以前还在读书的时候，在香港转机是落地签的，只是想知道，如果不是转机而是入境旅游的话 PR是否需要申请签证？
不需要。

可以买车买房  但是要有工作   至少有收入证明
父母也办过来   要排队  相当漫长   基本没戏  有的等了15年还没下来呢  可以花钱  一个老人5万  两个都来就是10万
所以探亲签证比较好办
去香港不知道了   
中国不是移民国家   一旦放弃国籍   很难再那什么永居   除非你有正式工作

你理解错了！PR是永久居留权， 没有期限的， 所谓5年签证只是你在离开澳洲时才需要的返程签证的期限而已。
