10 刀的我还真心没见过（现在的电价根本就不止这个钱的，没有人做赔本的买卖，更不说所装空调的费用，要指 ...

我租房子就是十刀每周的空调费 结果有房客开着窗户打空调 我问为什么他说关着窗户喘不上来气 我无语了 就这十块钱最后都没收成 总是借口说这周天不热就开一天云云 可是不安空调看他们那么热又实在不忍心

但是長久下來就浪費
我朋友意思就是說如果3am睡 那開到3am關也沒關係
而不是開到早上
現在電費這麼貴
漲租就被說死要錢
便宜自己也沒賺錢
那何必要出租呢

有太阳能装置吧？

我家装了4.75KM的太阳能。
我说的200多还没算上太阳能抵用的费用。

上个季度我才交了90多的电费。

夏天的时候电费500多。

除去太阳能抵用的。

实际交了200多。
