有没有听见拨号音？电话不能用还能上网吗？你有ALARM吗？

再不知道所有情况之前，我只能说如果你用的是ADSL上网，电话不能用，上网还可以的话，建议你买过滤器。任何电子商场如MSY都有卖。你需要在所有电话前还有 MODEM前安装过滤器，
如果你有ALARM那可能是 ALARM的问题，ALARM线不对。
