唯一的区别就是他们的存储容量。其实签32的也没必要，因为16GB一般都够用了。29+18块，49加5块。你可以选择resign你3的合同，或者转到Vodafone，价格一样

我刚到布市没多久，前几周刚签了vodafone的nokia x6，但就在几天前发现sim card 卡在里面怎么都拔不出来了，而我是按照说明书正确方式插入的，但就卡在那里出不来，在网上查了下相关资料发现x6有小部分手机确实存在此问题，然后拿到当时签手机店让店员报修

结果今天收到3 mobile & vodafone service centre milton的短信（urgent notice），说是要想修好我手机我必须交$39.6！我非常不理解，这明明属于手机的问题，而且是刚签的新手机，在保修期之内，也非我个人操作不当造成，难道不是免费维修吗？

想请问楼主有没有什么办法让我维权呢？

你拿回手机的时候，会有一张收据让你签收，上面会有原因为什么会收你钱，一般来说只有认为损坏的原因才会收钱维修，如果你认为是机器的问题的话，拿手机时，让店员给你接通维修部门客服，据理力争就好了，不过因为我没看到手机，我不好说具体原因，所以，要看你跟他们沟通的结果了

    非常感谢楼主的及时回复，那就是说要想修好我就得先付钱了，然后再看是否有机会要回来对吗？不过到时候要直接跟客服据理力争是说英文吗？很有挑战性额，我英文不太好，签手机都是在sunnybank那个店签的。。。
关于手机，送修前我没有拍照，但是sim card如果不正确安装一眼就可看出来，因为x6装sim card的那个位置会标出缺口要朝那边插入的方向，如果没有按那个方向肯定就是我自己的问题了，现在我还没有决定付不付这个钱，如果退回来我就可以拍照了，自然就能看出是否是正确位置安装，不过现在看来他们认为是我人为损坏的了。。。

    会先送去修，拿手机的时候再收钱，我不知道是店员告诉你的价钱还是他打电话帮你问的价钱，因为你在保修期内，我觉得不会是你的问题。如果店员跟你说的价格，问他原因，因为不排除有些店借此牟利。最保险的方法是你把手机送到维修点去，他们会直接给你权威的价格或帮你检测。地址：47 park road，milton
