btw 川菜才三家 很少了 中国城主要以“澳洲变异的粤菜”为主 比如 包有鱼 鹿鼎记 大家好 大家乐 滋味阁 华轩 顶好 稻香 避风瑭  一品轩 等等~~~都是粤菜为基础的 所以再开餐馆 别开同类的了 很难生存

    谢谢拍砖，觉得您老说的对哦~不过避风塘原来肯定不是粤菜，原来的厨子是江浙一代的。后来换了就再没去过，可能现在开始是粤菜了吧。

    嗯，真的是这样。亲戚的朋友是唐人街FOODCOURT里一个店的老板，几年前一起吃了顿饭。他就说了，从周四开始就忙到不行，每天要准备很多东西。从那顿饭到现在都要3年勒，那里的菜式还是没变。。。

   又要挨砖了 避风塘 以前厨子一个香港的 一个南京的 口味承继的早前鹿鼎记 的确没有鹿鼎记作的好 但还是主要的广东口 加一点点大杂烩
