我们通常理解下的雇佣关系受到很多法律的规定和保护
比如1年有4周带薪年假
2周带薪病假事假
最低9%养老金
等等,这里牵涉的内容很多我就不一一说了

如果2方的关系是合同的话
双方只需要按合同操作就可以了

澳洲有明确的法律规定强迫雇员使用ABN是违法的
也有法律规定某些职位不得使用等等

你的理解有误
如果建立在双方自愿的原则上不是违法
只是目前市场上有些人的做法比较不近人情
我有业内的朋友告诉我
25一小时的活到最后可以变成10一小时

也就是合同的原始价格可能是6000一年
经过2个转承包
到你手上有可能就是3000了
原始价格你自然不会知道
所谓的老板是不会告诉你的
