关于3的问题，在没有高速同步的时候，经常需要f16甚至f19-22这样的小光圈来给正面补光，达到主体和背景亮度的平衡。

说实话这么小的光圈还用闪光灯还真没试过.不过根据我自己的经验,只要加了任何柔光设备,在f/11下,即使很近的距离(一个unit的普通房间),单个闪光灯的功率也不够了.瓶子,你说的情况也许在闪光直打,并且很近的距离下有可能可以.

那就是说相机的最高闪灯速度只是起到一个临界点提示的作用，超过这个速度并不是不能用，只是对闪光的功率要求提高了。

前提是使用高速同步的情况下。如果不开高速同步，相机的快门最快只能达到闪光灯同步速度。

我对你的高速同步不是太理解，这跟以前胶片的闪灯摄影有很大差异。粗粗翻了一下MarkII的说明书，里面确实没有再提过最高闪灯同步快门，而只是说High speed Sync (FP Flash)。 That enables flash synchronization with all shutter speeds from 30 sec. to 1/8000 sec.
前提是要与EX灯同用。智能化了很多，但缺点是人为控制可能会更困难一些。
我倒是用过一段时间的影室灯，不过跟这种闪光灯闪光还是有很大不同。

我指的是那种室内用的影楼灯，因为以前要帮公司做产品目录，只好赶鸭子上架，买了灯以后，边拍边学，当然是公司出钱:P。我上次说的5000一套的，就是那种灯，当时买的是上海永达的，四灯带三个架子，三个背景纸，还有一堆附件。
在设置上，是完全靠测光表了，手动设置输出。我印象里闪光速度是固定的，1/2000左右，因为功率大，所以快门和光圈的组合选择会比较多。我当时多数是用到16甚至22的光圈来拍的。当然这跟你灯的用途有关，影楼灯是室内自己能完全控制光线方向和强弱的，室外闪灯还要考虑背景光线等等，灯只能是配合作用，应该难度更大一点吧。比如色温就是个大问题，闪灯是日光的色温，如果背景已经不是6500K的话，就要看两种色温配合在一起的感觉了。
不过，正如周兄所说，好在是数码，多试就有心得。
