明天去woolworth去面试。。。有谁有相关经验,给些tips。。。
一面还是二面???
我想知道有没有面过呀

噢,已经在上班了,不过不是 woolworth,我面了两个 ,去了 coles

It is important that you arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time so the facilitator can gather any information missing from your application if needed.

Group Assessments, as they are a more reliable assessment tool than traditional one-on-one interviewing. This is because all candidates are completing the same activities at the same time. As part of the group assessment process, we also have observers. Their role is to watch and record behaviours of grouped candidates, to ensure that everyone is observed fairly. In addition, candidates can be observed by more than one person during the assessment, which makes the process more objective and eliminate value judgements.

The entire process will take approximately 1-2 hours. During this time, you will cover
Company Overview
Two activities — one of which you will be working in pairs, the other you will be working in small groups.
The final part of the process is a numeracy/literacy test which is completed individually.
If you are successful from this assessment, the next stage will involve a 2nd interview with a member of the Store Management Team from the store to which you are applying. From the 2nd interview, we will contact you within 7 days by phone if you are successful. Unsuccessful candidates from either Group Assessment or the 2nd interview will be advised by email.

You will be required to produce evidence of your 'Right to Work' in Australia at the Group Assessment. Please bring along original documents along with a photocopy for our records. The acceptable forms of evidence include:
Australian Birth Certificate (if born before 20 Aug 1986) and a form of Photo ID
Australian Birth Certificate (if born after 20 Aug 1986 - at least one parent must have been an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of birth - usually on the birth cert under the parent's details) and a form of Photo ID
Australian Citizenship Certificate and a form of Photo ID
Australian Passport issued on or after 22 November 1984
Certificate of evidence of resident status (up to 2 years old) and a form of Photo ID
Valid visa with relevant work rights

If you are unable to produce evidence or obtain a photocopy, please attend your scheduled Group Assessment and discuss this with the facilitator upon arrival.

If you are a holder of a current state RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate please bring the original and a photo copy along to the group assessment.

Remember that although this is a group based interview; please dress as you would for a traditional one-on-one interview.
when you past the goup assessment, a HR officer will informs you by  phone call. Otherwise, the HR officer will contacts you by email.

normally, the second interview, you will meet your department manager and store manager, the interview is organised by the department manager and the content is very depends. If the manager is easy going, probably he will help you to fill up the interview form, whereas you need to prepare some general interview questions, such as Why you want to work in Wooly? What's your long term goal? and so on.   However, the interview is quite general, so don't worry too much.

when you past the second interview, then you need to attend the induction. the induction is also quite simply,  like group work, individual test. most likely test your reaction and group work abilities.

when you past them all, roughly 1 or 2 weeks later, you will get training in the store, which can be recognized as you  get and start the job already.

which is my pre-experience, hopefully my  suggestions can give you some ideas and confidence, anyway
