SkySolar Energy is a leading solar specialist located in Rocklea. We have beenoperating for over 8 years and continuing to expand our dynamic team into otherstates. We are currently looking for an Administration Manager and anAdministration officer to help assist our growing client base andinstallations.
Administration Manager & Administration Officer
Thisposition plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our day today business for Sky Solar Energy. As the administration officer you arerequired to contact clients and schedule solar installations. Apart of the rolerequires the applicant to learn about the solar industry and also learn thebasic operations of solar system to assist the operations manager.
Job tasks and responsibilities
·        Aproven track record in a support role
·        SchedulingInstallations and liasing with Solar Installers
·        Outstandingpresentation and interpersonal skills
·        Strongwritten and verbal communication
·        You'rehighly organised and have impeccable attention to detail
·        You putyourself in your customers' shoes & help to resolve any issues
·        Workingtowards set goals and targets
·        Agenuine love for people and a dedication to delivering outstanding customerexperiences
·        Thedrive to accomplish and exceed set goals
·        AdhocDuties as deemed fit
·        Contactclients to arrange installations
·        Processsolar applications to network
·        Liasewith inhouse electricians for installations
·        Processwarranty claims for existing clients
·        Processinstallation packs for each solar installation
·        Understandbasic solar installation process
·        Reportsto Operations manager for installations
Skills and experience
Tobe successful in this role, you will ideally have:
·        Administrationexperience of at least 1 year.
·        Problem-solvingskills
·        Organisingand managing multiple duties all at once
·        Exceedingcustomers' expectations by going the extra mile
·        Workingtowards set goals and targets
·        Demonstratinginitiative in learning and understanding new products, services and offers
·        Workautonomously and help other colleagues with any overload of work
