入住押金為 $300 包含所有傢俱、個人廁所、冰箱、镜子、水電網和微波炉, 風扇, 冷氣扇.

地點位於Annerley 兩購物中心樞紐，各只需5分鐘步行可達，也只需5分鐘到達公車及火車站, 可以骑自行车去学校； 周围有两个公园.

房子在在交通相當便利，至UQ、QUT、City只需搭乘公車或火車15-20分鐘。

浴室由你與其他兩位女生共用。

There’re four people sharing this house, including 2 Chinese girls, myself(John)and maybe you. They’re both studying  andworking in Brisbane, and I am a private English tutoring one-to-one from home.

Quiet, convenience and safety are main characteristics, so it would besuitable for you if you are a clean, friendly and non-smoker.

The bond is $300,which includes all you need in daily life such asfurniture, private toilet, fridge, water, fans, window fan, electricity and NBNunlimited fast network.

This house is located in Annerley between two shopping centres 5 mins away.Also, only 5 mins to the nearest bus stops and train station. No matter whereyou are studying, it only takes you 15-20 mins to your school, like UQ, QUT and city. The bathroom is shared with only the 2 girls.
