There shouldn't be a problem with using this modem with other Internet Providers.

To do this, try the following;
- Connect via an ethernet cable.
- Browse to http://10.1.1.1/CA_HiddenPage.htm (case sensitive)
- Disable the Configuration Assistant & Apply.
- Once the modem has restarted, browse to http://10.1.1.1 and log in.
- Click Basic Settings.
- Enter your username & password for TPG and Apply. This is normally the full email address.

Default login details for the modem are:
- Username; admin
- Password; password
