签证10大地雷,你踩到了几颗?

澳洲移民政策复杂多变, 即便是业内人士也是战战兢兢. 而市场上有种种似是而非的传言, 其毒害有如同路上的地雷, 一旦中招, 人仰马翻.

看看下面典型的地雷10颗, 你无意中踩过几颗?

• 1.
  一个人同时只能递交一份签证申请

  入门等级当量较小但误踩率较高的小雷. 法律并无此规定. 不仅可以，而且有的时候交两份不同申请是比较周全的安排，比如885+485

  2.
  和配偶有矛盾, 可不可以在移民申请中不附加配偶的申请

  内部矛盾雷：可以, 但还是需对方配合做体检和无罪检查。所以,事儿不能做太那个啥了, 人还是厚道点儿好。

  • 没有雅思 6, 办不了TR 485, 要延期的话只能继续读书或者旅游签
  
  

  诈雷！没有雅思, 还可办TR 485，
  甚至PR 885!!!

  • 学生签证过期了, 就非法了,就黑民了, 就没有办法申请其他签证了?

  流感雷， 85%以上的国际学生碰到了都会中招。一般来说, 过期后28天内尚可申请新学生签证. 千万不要就此黑下去!! 如过期超过28天, 某些情况也可递交配偶签证申请.

  5.
  学生签证被取消后, 3年内不能再次申请其他签证？

  盲雷：看清楚喽， 3年内不能再次申请的是临时签证，而不是所有签证。另外，
  即便是再次申请学生（临时）签证也并非Mission Impossible。

  6.
  TR 485已递, 但 ‘我等到花儿都谢了’，是不是只有继续 ‘痴痴地等’, 没别的办法了？

  泄气雷， 不致人命但泄人气。 完全有其他方式，比如有工作，则可作雇主担保（目前5-7月即出，甚至更快）。如果干等, 那就等它等你心痛, 等它等到没有梦了.
  

  7.
  没有新SOL上的职业， 就没法移民？

  毒雷,害人非浅！错！即便是厨师，西点，美发专业,甚至普通商科，依然有移民途径。

• 8， 没有职业评估就没办法申请TR？

• 
  同上， 毒雷2。职业评估并非一定需要

• 9.
  移民部威胁要拒， 让撤，那不撤还行？

  To be or not to be雷：撤还是不撤， 这是个问题。 尤其是在雇主提名中有关 3年工作经验，英文或者年龄的豁免上，会出现类似情况。有很多案例，顶住不撤，斗争，周旋，缓解，最后顺畅获准的，是有的。
  

  10.
  学生没有3年工作经验，不能办雇主提名121 或 856？

  雷人雷：没这回事儿。更有好事者称，市场上成功率不到10%。
  至少俺所经历的远超60%概率。

我们来帮忙找的话，会有这样两种情况：

申请人本身条件达不到雇主要求， 那么我们也无能为力；
申请人条件已经达到雇主要求，那么我们所做的也就是中间的交流沟通工作，实际上还是申请人自己帮自己。

我们很乐意帮助同学来做中间的交流沟通，也作过很多这样的工作。
很多雇主由于不太清楚移民条例和雇主的义务权利等等，往往在同学申请工作或者提出担保要求时会有这样那样的顾虑， 这时候我们就可以起到一些作用了。

現在看來，我不用擔心簽證問題，因為我的職業評估在3月14日前不下來我可以485，拿bridging visa然後在等我的職業評估。一拿到，我就可以馬上遞885了：）

如果你没有被拒绝或取消签证的话，那么你还是有机会申请的。

雇主提名有两种，一种是境内递交， 需要有实质性签证，比如485或学生签证

另外一种是境外申请（实际上你人并不一定需要在申请的时候离境），不需要实质性签证

楼主请问 专业不在职业列表如何申请485

移民部把职业列表搞得太复杂了。 目前有4张职业列表，各有不同目的。

如果专业不在最新的可移民（即885申请）职业列表上， 并不等于不可以申请485签证。

想问下。。想今年年底申请移民的话。。要考A类雅思还是G类啊。。。我迷茫的很。。。会计专业的。。

   很好的问题， 因为包括了两个问题

1，移民需要什么样的雅思 （A, G皆可）
2，会计评估需要什么样的雅思
这里又分临时评估，和永久评估
分别对应是临时评估A, G皆可；永久评估 A类
