移民部计划从2011年7月1日起改动相关移民法条例，将明确规定GSM普通技术移民（885,886,485等）签证申请人必须在申请时就提交雅思成绩，且该成绩必须是申请前2年内取得的. 这意味着在2011年7月1日后递交的申请必须在申请之日就有雅思成绩。
