自驾车: １５分钟到阿大，南大，５分钟到flinders uni
train：  南边第7站Ascot Park Station，十几分钟一班车，15分钟到city，阿大和南澳大学旁边。
公交：  家门口步行2分钟有，241第20站，W90第21站。
            south road第19站，有720, 719, M44 等公交直达city，平均坐车时间在20分钟左右。
             Marion road 第20站, M44等太多的车都可以直达city.


家门口有Pizza店，日用杂货店，步行3分钟有Chinese take away，周边有Coles, foodland，药店等，生活很方便。


双砖房，南北朝向，实木地板，结构方正，隔音好，冬暖夏凉，没有西晒.

虽然在主路边上，但是房子盖的非常靠后，超高的铁栅栏，再加上超宽的门口绿化带，所以主路噪音污染很小，住过的朋友反映没啥感觉。

ADSL2无限流量，全家电，配有大冰箱，滚桶洗衣机，微波炉，面包机等，卧室内都配有大衣柜。
