He enjoys sharing intercultural experiences and assisting with English language issues, and he also likes to provide opportunities for sharemates to share in his personal activities which include touring, scuba diving and fishing. 体验澳洲当地生活，有机会接触很多当地人，在学习之余感受真正的澳洲文化。
The room is well-lit and quiet, and with a small study desk it is an ideal studying environment. The toilet is in its own room, so tenants can enjoy showers/baths without disturbing each other. CONDITIONS The successful applicant:
(1) must not smoke cigarettes or "vape" smokers on the property (2) must not have any pets (3) must not play loud music or cause any other significant disturbance
(4) must strive at all times to be eco-aware, i.e. be frugal in using expensive water, gas and electricity resources. (Please also note that the $130 weekly rate may be reviewed if there is any significant increase in utility billing costs as a result of the applicant's usage).
