Your role will be to perform duties involved in/with daily administrative and basic accounts functions.Your responsibilities will include:- Admin duties.- Photocopying, scanning & filing documents- Maintainance recording- Helping with store setups- Data entry/bookkeeping- Bank reconciliation- Assisting other staff as requiredTo carry out your role, the desired skills and experience include:- Solid computing skills- Exceptional time management and organisational skills- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team- Excellent communication and well developed interpersonal skills- Attention to detail- Willingness to learn- Experience with an accounting package such as MYOB, Xero etc would be desirable but not essential
