branches located in major cities in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea
and Japan,the United States of America, United Kingdom and Australia.
Now the company is hiring:
Tittle-HR and Admin Manager
Location: Sydney
Responsibilities:
Be fully responsible for Overall HR/Admin/Finance/legal daily work in local office.
1. Implement oversea strategic talent acquisition plans, support the whole cycle of needs
identification, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring and onboarding.
2. Improve compensation & benefits system, manage performance appraisal and reward
policy.
3. Collect, check and keep the attendance record.
4. Maintain staff relationship and arrange for training.
5. Ensure HR policy compliance with all related government laws and regulations,
6. Purchase and maintain office equipment, control admin budget.
7. Manage the contract review, amendment and dynamic policy update.
8. Handle finance related work.
9. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
1. University degree required, Excellent in English and local language, Chinese skills is a
plus.
2. Minimum 2 year experience in HR function, familiar with local labor laws.
3. Good skills on communication, negotiation and result driven.
