No matter the Labor's so-called CSL implemented on 9/2009 or the controversial capping bill still under discussed is inhumanity and against human right.
Every pending applications complied with the minimum requirements of the old or the latest migration policy no matter the one is elder or needs a little bit more time to enhance their English is a valid application, they should be treated equally and fairly. So they are better processed by the time sequence when the applications were lodged.
The applications tagged with CSL do not indicate that this group is able to contribute more to the economy of Australia. The similarity is that those graduates with higher academic achievement are not necessarily to be the higher tax payers lately in their career lives.
So those CSLs, please do not take advantage of the pending candidates' position while in the same queue, it is unfair and humiliated, and it is against the basis of an advanced democratic society.
The visa capping bill 2010 is the 'toughest' and unprecedented immigration legislation proposed by the Labor. It is worse than human slaughter. If it's been approved, it could have been similar to the gas chamber built for the Jewish during the Second War World. It would have destroyed tens of thousands’ pending valid offshore and especially those onshore applicants' dreams and the promise the government has given written on paper.
Australia is one of the largest democratic countries in the world with a huge amount of aging population. Recently the emerging of insufficient superannuation fund is the best proof. So this means Australia has to intake more migrants and the skill migration scheme is the best way to settle this issue. It helps economy and promote employment rate.
The matter of fact that most of those tens of thousands' pending onshore applicants have already secured certain jobs in or out of their specialities, some of them have even started their own small business and hired local people in Australia after graduation which demonstrates that their ability to learn, live and get involved in this multicultural and tolerant society. They are tax payers in the shadow; they keep paying tax as Australian residencies do without the entitlement of welfare in the system. They have spent a large part of their youth (at least two years in Australia to satisfy the migration policy) and contribute their wealth and diligent together with local communities and people to help Australia fight through the hard time of economy downturn.
While the Deputy Prime Minister Wayne Swan proudly said Australia is going to turn the red into the black in G-20 Summit, the Labor is trying to push through the visa capping bill 2010 the ready-built chamber sending these candidates home for the maximisation the possibility to win the next election. Of course, they can scarify Mr. Kevin Rudd the former leader of the Labor, then what else they can't do? This partially shows that this Labor government is very unhealthy, unthoughtful and lacks of practical solutions. They are just trying to tear a small amount of innocent people apart to support their so-called Substantial Population Strategy.
It is obviously that the capping bill will not be supported by the coalition and most of business groups. They all understand Australia’s real situation.
The matter of fact that these small amount of pending candidates will not be the burden of Australia economy and employment market, on the contrary, they will bring more wealth, contribute more tax and create more employment opportunity as new comers.

So, it is time for you to fight for your right! You are no the silence of the lamb.
