how to do with internet?

I am afraid our house has no broadband covered, we can only use dial-up, however, the telephone is essential and we need to sign a 12 month contract...but we are going to leave uk in 3 months....how can I do with internet?.....By the way, someone upstaires is using BT now, how can i share his?
