Semester 1，我想选Contracts for Carriage of Goods by Sea 和 International Sales Transactions，另外两门想在Commercial Conflict of Law 、Regulation of Today 、International Regulation of Companies 里选。前两门在semester 2也有相应的课程。我个人觉得冲突法挺难学，本科时国际私法也学得不是很好，不知大家有什么建议？另外也想知道授课老师教得怎样。
