Help!!!!!

Dear all,
This is a message from the pity Lois.
As I am not sure how much money I should save in the bank, I have not gone to the Police station to get my student id card until now.
Some people told me that I should save more money (more than 5000), some people told me I must not save much money in the bank, more money, more troubles?!!!!

So I still need your help now, and please tell me how much money is ok?!
And need I show them my medical insurance? ( I have bought enough insurance in China, if it is necessary, I will ask my parents post it to me.)


Except this, I STILL can not register until now, though I have got the uni student card?!!!  
Ah, if I come here 3 weeks before, everything will be ok, and now  I have to deal with so many boring things by myself.
