   Looking for a quiet female 女 student who needs a nice place (全家具) to stay close to everything. Clean and tidy 2 brm unit in Hetherington St Herston 10min to QUT Kelvin Grove, 8min to UQ Medical School, 8min to RBH and RCH busway. $180每週包括水，電，無綫寬帶，燃氣。 Close walking distance to the valley and city. I prefer a quiet female student as I have a 2yo son who stays on the weekend so you need to be a person who likes kids and can be accommodating of a child's needs i.e. bedtime, bathtimes, ocassional temper tantrums etc. The rest of the week you'll have the place to yourself during the day. I lived in asia before so I don't mind if you're from Japan, China, Taiwan etc. I can speak Mandarin if that helps.
