一個女生找房子會擔心安全以及環境嗎
我們這裡是正city公寓，出入皆須門禁卡～安全沒煩惱
而最重要的是我們這全都住女生喔～～
大家都很愛乾淨～～所以不要再害怕夏天的“蟲蟲危機”
～～不是那種塞很多人的房子～完全沒有生活品質可言
出門逛街沒煩惱～走路就可去shopping
而最重要的是我們還有超級超級棒的河景view~

出租時間: 2月17日起 （希望至少住3個月）

公寓設施：健身房，BBQ，桑拿 （all free）

Including water, electric and gas charges, unlimited internet
If you’re student, our house is beautifully situated in a quiet spot. < Near QUT (GP or KG)
If you want to work after finish your course, here is inner city
It’s a nice place and it will be your best choice.
Traffic:
3mins to free shuttle bus stop by walk.
10mins to central train station by walk.
5mins to Coles by walk.
Preferred:
1 female (share with the other Taiwanese girl)
3 month staying period. (Minimum)
Non - smoking.
Clean.
No pets.
Rent ($):
160 per week/ per room (2 weeks prepayments + 4 weeks bond, 2 weeks ago notice.)
