Great location. Less than 1min to bus stop 199,196,192, less than 5 mins to cultural center station. 10mins walk to city. 6~8min to west end Coles
Rent is $125 per person per week. There are two people in the room. Rent Including water, internet, share electricity bill (room has air condition, normally $5 per week)
