帮朋友放的广告，澳洲房东，人非常友善，想练口语的童鞋看过来啊。
Female asian student wanted for a large furnished bedroom with built in cupboard $115 per week including room electricity，internet，water。 Must be clean, quiet, respect other people’s property. Air con in bedroom and use of swimming pool. We have 2 small dogs and you must be kind to them. You will share the newly renovated bathroom with 1 other female students. Must be a non-smoker and not take drugs. We are close to buses and trains which travel to the city, QUT, University of Qld & Griffith Uni and it is only a couple of minutes to Sunnybank – a very popular place for Asians to hang out at. There are many lovely Asian shops/restaurants nearby. No car please.
