$300 per week per signle person
$320 per week for couple
And the bond is two weeks rent

LOCATION: in heart of Fortitude valley 3 mins walk to bus stops. 8 mins walk to Fortitude valley train station.
We are looking for flatmates who will be paying the rent on time, tidy, clean and respectful of other people space. No party at home.
