房间非常宽敞（2.5m*6m), 并且配有queen size大床，书桌和椅子。房租包括所有账单，并且包括网络和食物。周一至周五包括早餐和晚餐，周末包括早中午三餐。


房主一家非常友善一共五口人会非常热心的帮助你练习英语。房主couple有三个孩子同时在室外养有宠物。他们接收过很多不同国籍的留学生，并且有广泛的兴趣爱好，喜欢去沙滩，野营，空手道，足球和板球。 房主会将每一个学生视作家庭的一份子，现招收18至30岁的学生。他们家庭提倡尊重对方并且开放式交流各种问题。


房主有着丰富的寄宿家庭经验。他们在过去五年内至少接收过40名留学生，并都保持着良好的关系。他们接待长租和短的学生来自很多不同国家，例如中国，日本，韩国，台湾，香港，巴西，墨西哥，埃塞俄比亚及意大利。长租优先。


房主会做不同的料理，包括中餐，日式，意大利菜和澳洲菜。


提供的额外设施包括：游泳池 室外 BBQ。


此房位置交通便利，8分钟走到火车站，坐火车20分钟可抵达布里斯班市中心。非常方便去UQ 和QUT, 走路去超市购物中心，健身房和公园，非常方便安静。


房租每周240刀，每两周提前交一次。如果需要搬出需要提前两周给出通知。

Homestay accomodation available now in Corinda Brisbane. $240per week.

Spacious bedroom 2.5 meters by 6 meters with queen size bed,study desk, comfortable chair to relax in. All bills included includinginternet and food. Food includes breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday and on theweekend breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We are a fun family of five who will help you practice yourEnglish. We have 3 children and outside pets. We have hosted many studentspreviously and have enjoyed the experience. We enjoy the beach, camping,swimming, karate, soccer and cricket. In our home you will be part of ourfamily. We are looking for a 18 to 30 year old student. Our home rules arerespect and open communication.

We are a very experienced Homestay family. We have hosted over40 student in the last 5 years and have maintained ongoing friendships withmany. We have hosted students from China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Brazil,Mexico, Ethiopia and Italy for both short term accomodation and long term. Wedo prefer long term Homestay.

We cook many foods from other cultures including Chinese,Japanese, Italian and Australian foods.

Other facilities our home offers are shared bathroom, laundry,pool, lounge, spacious kitchen and outdoor BBQ entertainment area.

We are near transport with an 8 minute walk to the trainstation. 20 minute train ride to Brisbane city. Close to University ofQueensland at St Lucia and Queensland University of Technology at Gardens PointBrisbane City. We are close to supermarkets, major shopping centres, gyms andparks.

Rent is $240 per week and is to be two weeks in advance. 2 weeksnotice is required if you wish to end the rental tenancy.
