HRT Acupuncture and Herbal Centre offer an assortment of alternative Health treatments, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside several of our outstanding acupuncture and herbal therapists. We also provide a friendly working environment, and are conveniently located at southport (near Australia Fair).
What this role requires:
HRT Acupuncture and Herbal Centre is currently looking for an enthusiastic female receptionist who has (preferably)had prior experience in admin or customer service. The successful applicant will need to be:
· Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Reading and Speaking)
· Proficient in typing English and Chinese (Ping Yin system /熟練運用拼音)
· A proactive and supportive team player
· Possess strong communication, and customer service skills
· Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task
· Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
· 有一定中醫基礎知識 或者相關工作經驗 或者 喜歡中醫 喜歡中國傳統文化
Key duties include:
· Meeting and greeting patients in a kind and caring manner
· Appointment bookings which includes cancelling and rescheduling appointments
· Managing all incoming calls and voicemail
· Invoicing and billing patients and processing payments
· Database management and manual filing
· Sales and Promotion
