虽然有附图，但还是简单介绍下房子的概况吧~房子共有3层（有院子，带一车位~），一楼有两间房，一个卫生间，一个储藏室。上楼便是客厅和厨房，并有一个洗衣房和大露台（是BBQ和朋友party的首先之地哦~）。三楼便是主卧了，~~所以一楼和三楼可以说是互不干扰，即使是有朋友来家里玩，也不会影响到彼此的休息~
下面说说这个房子的优势吧~整个小区被葡萄藤覆盖，即使烈日当空，也能感受到一丝清凉，小区里面十分的宁静，站在院子里会有一种万籁俱寂的感觉。隔壁是一个儿科医生，对面是一个阿村的议员，为人都很friendly~（ps：o(︶︿︶)o 唉，都是有钱人。。。）房子堪比新房，一楼到三楼都是全木地板，中央空调，热水器都有的。房子的位置也是位于city内，出门左转便是阿村顶顶大名的hutt st（咖啡街是也~），房子周围的设备也非常齐全，包括医院银行，Iga超级市场，餐厅，HUDSON CAFE, DOMINOS pizza, 酒吧，邮局等等。步行15分钟就是维多利亚广场了，门口过街就是超市~并且有直达east compus的公车~为在阿大和unisa上课的童鞋们提供方便~（当然了，步行到维多利亚广场再坐train也就是十分钟的距离哈~ps：如果你是阿大的童鞋 每天家门口的免费bus会为你提供最轻松的方便之旅~~~
）
o(︶︿︶)o 唉~优点说完了，该谈谈这个房子的缺点了，就是要步行15分钟才能到china town，所以对于每天搭乘11路的朋友，只能说声对不住了诶~~
PS：招租的2号房位于1楼，房间较小，只有10平方米，有气窗，有空调，在尊重一号房客的意愿为前提下，此房只能1人住并且要求房客安静。房租为长租155，有家具，包400块bill 超过share~~短租3个月的话，135块全包~
日期是定在11月底，12月1号当然是最好的啦~ps 如果是有行李的朋友，可以提前搬入，12月1日拎包入住即可。

    房子本身是没有家具的，但我们会在12月1号也就是大家入住之前全部购置完毕~~当然了，如果你自带家具的话，我们也会降些房租的啦~
